TIPS:
Whether you schedule family time by walking local paths or grab a few friends to meet at the gym...invite God to go along with you. 30 days + 30 scriptures for 30 miles, laps, reps, minutes...
Read the daily scripture ahead of time or have someone read it aloud before your activity time. Then talk about it as you walk, work out, or exercise. This is also a great time to pray together. Don't be discouraged if you can't get outside due to health conditions. Get creative! The effort will be worth it! Invite someone over or call someone with intentions of doing some type of movement together... lift your legs, lift a jug, walk in place -- something is better than nothing. Just don't forget to INVITE God into your space and time! HE is the key to Walking in the Spirit!
